  So I went into this Sephora in mattesson. Nobody offered to help me. I was looking for foundation which can be challenging. I was disappointed with the customer service. Just as I was about to leave a beauty consultant named Jessica came over and helped me. She ended up being amazing and was really helpful. The problem was the manager and other beauty consultant continuously left her there alone, while she was trying to swatch my foundation. Jessica was assisting me, ringing customers, answering the phone, and helping other customers. This was ridiculous because there were other people there who could have helped out with the floor and ringing at the register. Jessica was the only reason I stayed at this store and purchased my products. The rest of the staff including the manager, needs customer service training. Also, they need to manage the floor better! One person can't do everything, it's a team effort! They really almost lost my sale, thank you Jessica!

  Horrible Service today on a Saturday. The worst. I'm darker skinned so out of just about everything. Walked out with the 100 dollars I walked in with. Over an hour and not so much as a hi. Bye
